My most recent visit at the Westlake office left me a bit dissatisfied. Dr. Kamrava was obviously rushed and distracted due to an earlier personal matter. He did not seem to be as prepared as in previous appointments, even insisting I had received an ablation treatment I had not. He did finally agree to schedule an ablation treatment on my back and suggested on for my neck in the future, but failed to review my MRI to justify his decision. He did show concern for the amount of Advi I regularly took to relief my lower back pain and prescribed a 30 pill prescription of Tramadol as an alternative, with the instructions to take one to two pills daily. 45 days later with 10 pills to spare I asked for a refill but it took over 10 days for the pharmacy to finally get the doctor's approval after the request. I have an ablation scheduled for July 22, 2025. I hope it proves to be helpful.

Dr. Estess is wonderful and thorough! My knee pain came on quickly and was very severe. We discussed a Cortizone shot and decided to move forward with it so I could enjoy my Fourth of July while taking it easy. I had an MRI on my knee 24 hours after I saw her. My follow up is Tuesday (MRI diagnosis) for a game plan. Until then, I have been following doctor’s orders to take it easy. I am so grateful we were able to take my pain down a bit so I could enjoy my vacation. The entire team at the office are friendly and caring! I highly recommend Dr. Estess for your care!

Very happy with Dr. Estess in reviewing my shoulder tightness and providing an X Ray and a PT referral. Appointments are set up efficiently, just take care with 90 exit and coming up Sepulveda and the necking down of lanes before quick turns and final turns into the lot. Front office is spacious and chill and staff is pleasant. I would go here again for an initial review and all credentials are excellent for surgery if you need to go that route. They don't push it unless necessary (unlike other entities in the beautiful South Bay / Los Angeles).

Dr. Bae, his staff Bernadette and August are the most exceptional caring people. I can't express enough gratitude in the care they have given me during and after my successful spine surgery, C3, C4. I was able to function almost like normal the next day, minus not lifting anything heavy during recovery. Since then, I have another bulging disc in another area and that was painful and they've helped treat the issue right away. Dr. Bae is an incredible surgeon and he has a phenomenal staff!
