Overall, my visit with Dr. Lee was terrific. I was able to receive the immediate diagnosis and treatment options explained clearly and with certainty that I was unable to get from another surgeon I spent a couple months with. I left assured that the cortisone shot he gave my arthritic ankle was better than the minor surgery I thought it needed. The only thing that was not ideal was the hour I waited to be seen. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dr. Lee.

My first appointment with Dr. Bhalla - there is plenty of free parking in the lot surrounding the building where his office is located and also on 36th street; the waiting area and patient rooms are very clean and nicely decorated with firm comfortable seating; office staff greeted me promptly in a friendly manor; the X-ray tech was calm, gentle and compassionate; Dr. Bhalla greeted me in a warm welcoming manor, he was compassionate, did not rush me, asked many questions and let me ask questions. All doctors should replicate Dr. Bhalla and his team. The only one slight draw back was the amount of time I waited to see the Dr. however he did apologize first thing when he entered the patient room.

Courteous front office staff. Minimal wait. Post op X-ray done, friendly X-ray tech. PA saw me first, did not rush and answered all my questions. (PA Bri has been very responsive via email in the interim before this latest appt). MD saw me next, did not rush and answered remaining questions. Back office staff will handle my work leave and EDD and PT prescription. Best of all, the unrelenting sciatica pain for the past 6 mos is gone. I did not wait to do the procedure, though I didn’t want to do it, and I think that made the difference for a good outcome. I have diminishing post op pain and increase in activity (6 weeks post op) as the weeks go on. Very relieved this is over and grateful for the good results.

Dr Bhalla is great. I use to see his dad and now I'm seeing the son. I would not trust anyone else to do my surgeries. I feel that unlike other Dr's who do surgery just to do it......Dr Bhalla will only do it if it's absolutely is necessary. And he won't do more than what is needed. The staff are fantastic also, very caring.
