Rather than wait till the end of day to do these. No long waits in rooms or for dr to come in. X-rays are done quick doctor is in quick. He is very thorough and down to the point. for my knee injection came in did it and I was out. so far no complaints. I think he is great including all his staff. M. My only issue is the wait time. I would so appreciate if the appointment time could be honored closer to when it’s scheduled. Having said that I wouldn’t trade this dr for anyone else! D. Prior to surgery I was in the worst pain I've ever experienced. Following the surgery, I was completely pain free and remain so to this day. R. B. However stay away from his useless office staff. Both people at the front desk have 0 manners and are lacking in education (especially Hugo). They have no idea what "customer service" means and are absolutely obsolete and very rude. Every time we come here the wait is over one hour sometimes even two. The billing department is also terrible. For example, Hugo (the receptionist) says there is no charge and a month later we receive a bill in the mail and when confronted they claim it's an error. I think it's a scam to see who actually falls into the game and ends up paying more and more bills (dr. Bae probably isn't even aware of it). > The only one in his office that was absolutely brilliant and always keen on helping is Lisa Cano, she and Dr. Bae are probably the only reason as to why we agreed on still coming.
