Great doctor, great staff. After dealing with a shoulder issue for months, asking friends and finding that in spite of successful outcomes noone was raving about their physician, I went on Yelp and found Dr. Millstein. I then received a separate recommendation from a nurse in another office - always a good sign. Both got it right. He was knowledgeable, personable, attentive and engaged. In other words excellent bedside manner. I thought I would wait to review him after my follow up appointment. The net net- my second visit was as reassuring as the first visit. It feels great to be in good hands.

I have severe sciatica and have been to a chiropractor and had physical therapy, yet no improvement. My GP ordered an MRI and suggested I see Dr. Bhalla. I'm glad I did. He took the time to make sure I really understood the reason for all the pain. He showed me on the MRI that I have spinal stenosis and a synovial cyst at L4/5 pushing against the nerves. I'm going with corrective surgery, that much to my surprise is outpatient. The office staff is excellent and scheduling the surgery was a breeze. I feel very comfortable with my choice, and am confident I'm in good hands.

My previous orthopedic doctor retired so I went to Lakewood Orthopedics. Dr. Ramkumar walked in my room with his hand out and says Hi Coral. I'm Prem. So we're doing a hip........ After that humble introduction, I knew i was in the right hands for this hip replacement!!! For the first time in 4 years i can walk without a cane and no pain. I even had a first being able to stand up straight at an xray machine. I cried and shared that with him. When your body tells you that it can't do something, once you can it's life changing. Dr. Kamrava is down to earth and personable. I was desperate to be seen by a pain managment and Dr. Kamrava was able to have a phone call appt pretty fast. Dr. Kamrava put me at ease on the call and we scheduled a procedure for today, Oct. 8th, 2024, so I promise to have an update in the future. But so far, he deserve the 5 starts. The staff is great and Nora, his personal assistant, is amazing. She went out of her way to communicate with me and my insurance, to insure that the procedure is going to be done as originally scheduled. Hi highly recommend Dr. Kamrava's office.

Best Orthopaedic Surgeon EVER!!!! I wouldn't have had my most recent lower spine surgery if he wasn't available. He's the Best, and his staff is also. He has the best bedside manners, he pays attention to what your needs and concerns are, he thinks of you only when he's dealing with you. After my surgery and I went home the next day, he called me to check to see how things were going. At the time they were going well. The next day there was an issue. I had also received a text message from his office so I called in and they got him on the phone. He explained what was going on and called a prescription in for my issue. He always keeps the patient the priority and I personally appreciate that. Also, the day of my surgery, as he was heading to his prep area he looked at my son and told him "I'm going to take good care of your mom", that sealed the deal for me. He has always been an exceptional doctor for me. And his office personnel are awesome and special. You cannot write a review without mentioning them. They set the tone for the visit and the office and then Dr Bhalla completes the visit. % exceptional in my opinion. And I can't close this out without mentioning Dr Bhalla wonderful smile . Thank you Dr Bhalla for all you have helped me with, in regards to, my cervical and lower spine. You are the BEST.

I recently underwent Ischiofermoral Impingement decompression and sciatic neuroplasty surgery with Dr. Prem N Ramkumar, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. For over 22 years, I was down bad, with right hip pain, that caused major foot pain that would make it hard to shake off doing the activities that I love. I was still able to go hiking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, etc, but with limitations and significant pain in my right hip flexor, knee, and foot. Many orthopedic surgeons have told me there is no surgery or cure; it is just physical therapy. My right hip weakened my knee, and I had a snowboarding accident in 2022. After several doctors could not figure out my history of symptoms and pain, I sent to Dr. Prem N Ramkumar, who took the time to discover this rare and unique condition I had been living with. Over the years, I gave my blood, sweat, and tears to this injury. I feel like the planets, fates, and all the stars aligned because the surgery was a success, and I am already experiencing significant improvement in my symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Prem N Ramkumar to anyone needing Ischiofermoral Impingement decompression and sciatic neuroplasty surgery; I cannot speak highly enough of his and his staff's care. My only complaint is that there are often long wait times for appointments for PT and follow-ups.

Dr Sanjay Khurana is a wonderful human being, a brilliant physician and an excellent surgeon! About a year ago, without any warning, I had difficulty walking, I also had burning sensations in my arms and hands. I saw neurologists and sought opinions from four surgeons. Some recommended two and three disk cervical fusion, which I wanted to avoid. Dr. Khurana took the time to thoroughly explain my MRI and let me know that my spinal compression had to be addressed. As the solution, he recommended two artificial disk replacements. When I had more questions, he called me at 8pm one evening and patiently answered all my questions before surgery. How many surgeons do that? Now, four months later, I'm very happy to report that my surgery was flawless! I have two artificial disks and everything related to my surgery has healed perfectly. Additionally, Dr. Khurana's Medical Assistant Brianna and every member of his staff are very polite, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The Commons Clinic where I had the surgery, my Anesthesiologist and the nurses were also amazing. Thank you Dr. Khurana for removing my cervical spinal compression and all the risks that come from that. God Bless You!

Amazing surgeon and staff. We were able to get an appointment within days of calling. My husband was in really bad pain and unable to walk and Dr. Bae examined him and his MRIs and got him scheduled for surgery within days of our initial visit. I give Dr. Khurana a million stars if I could. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I thought I hurt my left shoulder somehow and had excruciating nerve pain running down my left arm. It was so bad I wanted to chew it off myself. I went to several doctors that sent me for an MRI of the shoulder and was sent for physical therapy. One finally sent me for an MRI of my neck which showed a degenerative disk that was pressing on a nerve. I wasn't comfortable with that doctor or a fan of spine surgery so I went to a chiropractor for help. After several treatments there was no relief in sight. By some miracle my dermatologist suggested I call Dr. Khurana and get a second opinion. I did and was able to get an appointment the next day! When he saw me almost in tears from the pain and me telling him I had a planned trip to Italy a week later, he immediately told me he would make room for me to have surgery to replace a disk in my neck the very next day. Something about the way he said it and of course researching him the day prior, made me feel at ease. Well, he did the surgery, it took a few days to feel myself again, but only because of the anesthesia. I felt no pain the moment I woke after surgery. The pain was gone! Within one week, I was able to board several flights, pain free and enjoy a well deserved Italian vacation with my family. I wouldn't have been able to do that without the surgery and certainly not without Dr. Khurana's expertise! His staff from the front desk to the surgery center he uses to his after care team is by far the BEST I have ever experienced. Don't hesitate to make an appointment if you have spinal pain. You have a life to live and Dr. Khurana may help you live it pain free! Thank you again doctor for your compassion!
