Dr Sanjay Khurana is the number one spine surgeon on the West Coast and top five in the country. If not the best he’s done two neck and two back surgeries on me and my experience at his facilities at the Commons was nothing short of a miracle. I was referred there by my friend Dr Gary Brazina i’ve had 100% recovery and have a new body to continue doing my extreme sports photos. Attached the efficiency of his office staff is incredible. I was terrified to have the surgeries done and now I would recommend him to anyone because he will fix your problems and take your pain away. incredible experience all the way around. With 100% success, my body feels like it’s 30 not 66 and I intend on continuing my extreme sports life. Thank you, Dr. Khurana and your office staff. After my first surgery, I was at a Laker game overall the results have been nothing short of a miracle. The facilities at the Commons are nicer than most five star hotels and his surgical team was incredible. The follow up is even better. If you’ve been waiting because you’re afraid of having your spine worked on, don’t wait any longer. This has been life-changing for me. The bulk of my injuries have been with me since my 20s from the athletics of the car. Accident didn’t help these injuries obtained through a life of incredible sports and I feel blessed to be able to continue although have retired from the pro water ski jumping, but we’ll still be doing the extreme snow skiing along with all my other sports paddle boarding ultimate frisbee pickle ball. The list goes on and on when I went into Dr Khurana’s Office I couldn’t walk unassisted.

Not sure why anyone who left bad reviews felt they needed to do so. I ended surgery after a vertebrae spontaneously collapsed. He took biopsies of that vertebra, and put in 4 screws and 2 rods attaching the adjacent vertebrae. Also did a vertebraplasty, where medical cement is injected into the collapsed vertebrae. The initial assessment was a one hour and 10 minutes surgery, but actual time was over 2 hours. I am extremely happy with Dr Bae. Two doctors I had consulted spoke very highly of him. And, if you check his background he has multiple awards for his work. I am flummoxed by the (few) negative reviews. One thing I can tell you is that Dr. Bar is very direct and straightforward. Some might read that as disinterested, but he spent a lot of time with me at my pre-surgery appointment, called me the night I was in the hospital, and insisted I come back in on day 3 for another follow-up meeting, and he has been very pleasant to speak to. I’ve known Dr. Port as a lay colleague and friend for many years, so there is some bias in my feedback. I will say that his approach to explaining esoteric concepts in the simplest of ways, thoughtfulness in listening to and understanding my symptoms, and attention to detail (pre/ post procedure)… are second to few. I experienced an acute sciatic episode, and it scared me to disbelief. Dr. Port found time in his busy schedule to plan my MRI and epidural intervention. I’m finally in a place of comfort and can resume my life with physical therapy and better posture, with the goal of avoiding surgery. Can't thank him enough!

I have severe sciatica and have been to a chiropractor and had physical therapy, yet no improvement. My GP ordered an MRI and suggested I see Dr. Bhalla. I'm glad I did. He took the time to make sure I really understood the reason for all the pain. He showed me on the MRI that I have spinal stenosis and a synovial cyst at L4/5 pushing against the nerves. I'm going with corrective surgery, that much to my surprise is outpatient. The office staff is excellent and scheduling the surgery was a breeze. I feel very comfortable with my choice, and am confident I'm in good hands.

Dr. Kamrava is down to earth and personable. I was desperate to be seen by a pain managment and Dr. Kamrava was able to have a phone call appt pretty fast. Dr. Kamrava put me at ease on the call and we scheduled a procedure for today, Oct. 8th, 2024, so I promise to have an update in the future. But so far, he deserve the 5 starts. The staff is great and Nora, his personal assistant, is amazing. She went out of her way to communicate with me and my insurance, to insure that the procedure is going to be done as originally scheduled. Hi highly recommend Dr. Kamrava's office.

I recently underwent Ischiofermoral Impingement decompression and sciatic neuroplasty surgery with Dr. Prem N Ramkumar, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. For over 22 years, I was down bad, with right hip pain, that caused major foot pain that would make it hard to shake off doing the activities that I love. I was still able to go hiking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, etc, but with limitations and significant pain in my right hip flexor, knee, and foot. Many orthopedic surgeons have told me there is no surgery or cure; it is just physical therapy. My right hip weakened my knee, and I had a snowboarding accident in 2022. After several doctors could not figure out my history of symptoms and pain, I sent to Dr. Prem N Ramkumar, who took the time to discover this rare and unique condition I had been living with. Over the years, I gave my blood, sweat, and tears to this injury. I feel like the planets, fates, and all the stars aligned because the surgery was a success, and I am already experiencing significant improvement in my symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Prem N Ramkumar to anyone needing Ischiofermoral Impingement decompression and sciatic neuroplasty surgery; I cannot speak highly enough of his and his staff's care. My only complaint is that there are often long wait times for appointments for PT and follow-ups.
