He listened well, and more than once, and we've decided to forego the epidural. He's wonderful!

My experience with Dr. Kamrava over the years has been that he is a most excellent doctor, great communicator, and demonstrates sincere concern for those that are fortunate enough to be a patient of his. Of course, it is best not to need a pain management doctor, but if you do Dr. Kamrava is your best choice. He is skilled at giving pain injections such as spinal epidurals. Always greats you with a smile. Best energy from a physician.

Thank you for your kindness and friendly help. Too often chronic pain people are treated negatively. I wasn’t and I’m grateful.

Dr. Kamrava is down to earth and personable. I was desperate to be seen by a pain managment and Dr. Kamrava was able to have a phone call appt pretty fast. Dr. Kamrava put me at ease on the call and we scheduled a procedure for today, Oct. 8th, 2024, so I promise to have an update in the future. But so far, he deserve the 5 starts. The staff is great and Nora, his personal assistant, is amazing. She went out of her way to communicate with me and my insurance, to insure that the procedure is going to be done as originally scheduled. Hi highly recommend Dr. Kamrava's office.

Dr. Kamrava and I met a little over a year ago when my chief pain complaint was the left side of my neck. I have a complex history with injuries — I played contact sports my whole life like football and lacrosse, boxed in college, served in the Army, experienced a hit and run on my motorcycle, had multiple snowboarding/wakeboarding crashes, and to top it all off I had brain surgery a couple of years ago for Chiari Malformation. Basically, my body has been through the wringer and now that I’m 30 years old, the pain has caught up to me. Dr. Kamrava has successfully reduced my overall pain in the last year by about 80%. I was miserable when I saw him — I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t sit in my chair long enough to focus on work, and the future looked bleak. How was I going to progress in my career? How was I going to start a family and live my life? The pain was constant and it was so fatiguing. Dr. Kamrava stuck by my side as we resolved each problem in my body. I had arthritis in my cervical spine so we did a couple of injections and an RFA — this improved my pain by 20%. Then we discovered that my left shoulder labrum was torn, along with part of my supraspinatus tendon so we injected it with PRP — my overall body pain improved by 30%. The next thing we found was that I had a couple herniated discs in my neck, which Dr. Kamrava just injected 2 weeks ago — this helped SIGNIFICANTLY by another 30%. Dr. Kamrava brings confidence, optimism, compassion, and expertise to the table. He’s open minded and is always willing to answer questions. I’m not completely pain free yet, but I’m 90% there. Dr. Kamrava and Nora have been so great to work with. I would recommend this team over and over again. They really are out there changing lives. Thank you!!! Daniel

This doctor is a gifted medical magician. I suffered for years with neck pain from a pinched nerve. I couldn't even turn to back up in my car. Rather than neck surgery he did a nerve ablation and all symptoms are gone for years now. He also does great epidural injections for stenosis. Great bedside manner. Assistant Nora is hard working and responsive. What more could you ask for?

Dr. Kamrava examined me for excruciating pain in the back and neck. He sent for an MRI and as he has diagnosed I had a C6/C7 injury. He recommended an epidural to ease the pain and bring down the inflammation in the spinal cord and nerves. I was a bit apprehensive as I had never done one before. I decided to go with no sedation. I barely even felt anything. He is a very sweet and professional doctor. Kudos.

I saw Dr. Baye for a second opinion re: chronic pain after having at fusion L-5 in 2015. After an exam and review of an x-ray I was told no surgery was necessary. Dr. Baye referred me to Dr. Kamrava to discuss options to relieve my pain. I saw Dr. Kamrava and he suggested epidurals would help. I like both Doctors. But, I was told to contact Nora, Dr. Kamrava's assistant, to schedule the epidurals. I left three voicemail messages for her to call me to schedule the appointment. I did not get a response. So, I sent an email request to her saying if I didn't hear back I would go into the office to make the appointment. Nora responded to my email apologizing that she did not receive my voicemails. I finally got an appointment for the epidurals, but when I showed up this morning, the receptionist at the surgery center said I wasn't on their schedule. I called Dr. Kamrava's office and was told that I did have an appointment, but Nora never sent over the paperwork. Lucky for me I was able to get the epidural today. Dr. Kamrava is a great Dr. He explained the procedure thoroughly and I felt very comfortable during the procedure.

The visit was great and conclusive. No more visits needed but then when I tried to reach out and ask two non -urgent questions, points the doctor had told me in the visit, Nora stonewalled me and said I needed to make an appointment to ask the questions. The questions were about a brand of sneaker the doctor had recommended and why not the one's I was wearing---that's it. But I was denied access to asking these questions unless I paid for another visit. Again, the doctor imparted this information in the meeting but I could not remember it.--Kevin
