When I met Dr. Eric Milstein, I felt, I was in good hands. The fact that he treat me with my knee problem and walk me thru everything I should know about what was going on and keep me inform with his awesome staff & very professional. The surgery was a successful, I was kind of nervous but is something what all feel. But with doctor Milstein made me feel very confident and more relax. I would definitely recommend you Dr, Eric Milstein if you have any issues with your knee or anything related with his professional career. I am so Much Thankful with his work.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Dr. Millstein has seen both of my knees on 2 separate injury incidents, and I couldn't have been more pleased with his honest diagnosis! Definitely no upsale what so ever. It's hard to come by these type of doctors these days. I recommend him over and over for quality customer service, patient care, honesty, and realists. Best in the country!!!

Second acute orthopedic need. Calling Dr. Millstein was a no-brainer. Didn't matter that I am in-between insurance coverage, he gave me a great deal on the visit and said if I need to have surgery, he will help me find a doctor in-network that he would talk to about what I needed and make sure I was in good hands. What doctor goes above and beyond like that? This guy is everything you could want in a doctor - can you put a price on that peace of mind?

Dr. Millstein is very professional and an expert in his field. I have been to several orthopedic doctors over the years but I find Dr. Millstein to be an expert in his field and the only one that has diagnosed my knee problem correctly. I have tremendous confidence in Dr. Millstein and am so grateful that I found him through my other doctor's Dr. Baker's referral. He is also personable and make me feel comfortable as a patient right away. I also appreciated the fact that you don't have to wait 2 hours in his waiting room to see him. He actually runs on time. Delighted with Dr. Millstein. He's been my ortho guy for at least 3 years, and I have full confidence in his diagnosis ability. He knows what he's doing, has great "bedside manner," and perhaps most importantly, he does not suggest surgery as a first, second or third option, trying less invasive procedures first. Plus, he doesn't talk down to his patients.

I was fortunate to be able to get a very quick appointment, and was very, very professionally greeted by front office staff and assisting medical professionals as well. Dr. Millstein remembered me from 9 years ago too at his former practice, which was unexpected. His demeanor was professional and very personal too. My knee issue was resolved very nicely too, which made me very happy because the downtime from playing tennis will be minimal. Very happy.

Felt really comfortable with his staff and him! He took the time to really talk to me about my options. My case is complicated because three different joints are affected. He specializes in knees (which both of mine need work) but my hip is critical! He asked did I have the time to see his partner, who is a hip specialist and one of the top Docs at Cedars. Even though the office was backed up due to the rain, he made sure I got new xrays so his partner could see me right then! Awesome, because the other CS hip specialist didn't have an opening until mid March. So now I am looking at getting my surgery with the next 4-5 weeks vs 4-5 months! YEAH!!!
