Dr. Millstein is an expert, knowledgeable, congenial, efficient, cordial and best of all he kept me informed on every aspect of the procedures throughout the entire examination. The entire staff is exceptional, professional and very pleasant to work with. I feel comfortable returning to him for any need for follow-up and I highly recommend his office to anyone that asks.

He is warm personable and has terrific bedside manner. Thoughtful and treats us like family. We appreciate that he doesn’t act god like as many surgeons do. He is a regular guy and we enjoy seeing him and believe he will help us to feel better. A. Kahan

I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience ( from initial pre-op evaluation to 3 month post-op appointment). I am a nurse, and felt extremely confident with Dr. Millstein’s surgical expertise and his manner in which he spoke to me. He thoroughly explained everything to me, and he took time to answer all my questions. My surgical outcome is wonderful. The entire office staff is consistently professional, helpful and friendly. I am extremely grateful that I was able to have my surgery with Dr. Millstein.

Dr. Millstein's office ROCKS! Seriously, from his experienced nurses to stellar office staff, you will be treated very well. The courtesy and care given to patients exceeds any other medical office in my universe. Kudos! Eric will always make you feel like you are the only patient in the building. He takes the time needed to completely explain your injury or ailment to it's fullest degree. Thank you, Eric. You are...THE BEST! This is a ten star recommendation(if a ten star option was offered) JPK

Ultra perceptive, knowledgeable, and open to communication and explanation, the best doctor to go to with sports-related and bone/joint injuries. Highest possible recommendation.

Dr. Millstein is the best. I’ve been seeing him for a number of injuries over the year. He’s great at diagnostics, conservative in treatment, and on the one injury that required surgery - a torn labrum in my shoulder - the recovery was fast and the shoulder is like new. Also a great guy. Highly recommend!

I've been to the office twice and from my experience, it is a well oiled machine! How many Dr. offices can you say that about? In on time, x rayed, dr. on time...like clock work and out the door. Amazing!

As long as I have been going to Dr Millstein for both my mother in law and myself since 2011. the experience has always been very positive. I have never felt rushed and his patience explaining the situation and if there were any options to be considered. He is the true professional in every way.

I'm not one for writing reviews but had a great experience with Dr Millstein and his whole staff from the first time I walked into his office to the time I walked (ok was wheelchaired) out of the surgery center. Attentive, responsive, detailed, and knowledgable. Adam

Dr. Millstein was very nice and easy going. He listened to the description of my knee and the activities I wanted to continue doing. After a quick x-ray and diagnosis I was given a cortisone shot and my knee feels amazing. I was worried about needing a second surgery but he said it is arthritic and does not require surgery at this time. I will make sure to see him if required in the future.

I was referred to Dr. Millstein from my internist / rheumatologist Dr Susan A. Baker...I had been having shoulder pain for 6-8 months from carrying cameras as a photographer on set for tv and movies...by the time I finally decided to see a doctor about my shoulder I was referred to Dr. Millstein...To say he’s excellent, kind, thorough and incredibly clear about what this issue is with your body is an understatement...he has a fantastic bed side manner and he took great care of me (and he has a wonderful dry wit)...Can’t recommend him enough!

Brought my Mom here today because she injured her shoulder! This guy (Dr. Millstein) was so friendly and Warm!!!! Felt like a friend of the family! His staff friendly too! Offered us water while we waited. My 86 year old Mom said “he must be from the old school” bedside manner. Bedside manner is a lost art, but he captured it completely! Thanks so much!!
