Such a well oiled machine! My first time visiting Dr David Lee, I need a foot surgeon and he got such great reviews I was very happy to meet him. The staff were efficient and friendly between getting Xrayed and meeting with Dr Lee it was a quick process. He took time to review my X-rays with me, we discussed surgical options, and next steps for my care. Overall very good experience.

Dr. Lee showed great thoughtfulness and respect. I broke my toe right before Christmas. He took the time to discuss my options and answer questions. Said he'd typically tape the broken toe to the next toe to help immobilize and align as it heals, but mine was in the 5% that are bad enough to recommend surgery to pin it. I try to avoid surgery when I can and he offered me that option with the fallback of reconstruction later on, if needed. We discussed the pro's and con's and I chose to skip surgery at that time. I kept the wrap on consistently and limited physical activity the next month and my toe was able to heal in alignment as hoped. I'm two months out now and it's healing even better than expected. Really grateful for such a kind and dignifying doctor.

I have required two foot surgeries in the last 13 months on the same foot and I’ve been so fortunate to have had Dr. Lee do both. He patiently talked me through the pros & cons of each procedure, answered all my many questions which helped me feel comfortable about the decisions I had to make, and has been incredibly responsive after each surgery and during the entire, lengthy recovery periods. Although Dr. Lee’s specialty practice is one I hope to not require too much in the future, I will be back to see him without any hesitation if need be, and will confidently refer friends and family to him as well.

Doctor Lee and the staff at Long Beach Orthapedic were fantastic.!! He was very professional and made me feel very confident and comfortable..! Prior to my surgery I had visited other doctors but after my visit to Dr. Lee, the choice was easy.! My surgery was complex, especially at the age of 75. It consisted of 'Heel osteotomy' and reattaching the tendons in my left foot... My recovery has been better than I expected.. Being a low handicap golfer I was worried about playing again. I have now started to chip and putt and some mini swings, with confort.. Looking forward to my continued improvement..! Thanks for a job well done Dr. Lee..!!

Wen't into Dr. Lee's office a few days after I had torn my Achilles Tendon. All the nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the staff is very easy to work with. Dr. Lee explained our options and did a great job of explaining the pros and cons. His bedside manner is excellent and he is a great listener as well. I elected to have surgery and he explained the process. They put me in a boot until it was time for surgery and the staff was very helpful in getting us a handicap sticker. I was amazed when I took off my cast off and I saw the scar. It looked great. I was able to attend physical therapy in the same building and Dr. Lee's office was with me every step of the way. When COVID-19 happened and the office was closed Dr. Lee even called me to check in on my progress. My wife broke her ankle a few years ago and still has hardware in her leg that sometimes gets aggravated. We are planning to go back to Dr. Lee's office to have it removed. All in all Dr. Lee is the best surgeon I have ever met. He is very skilled at his craft and great with people. I would give him a 10/10 and highly recommend him to anyone who needs help!
