Dr Wassef Performed a total hip replacement on my right hip. I found him to be outstanding in every way. Before the surgery, but very clear on in every aspect. Also, very patient with me and spent a lot of time explaining the situation. The surgery and the aftermath have been fantastic so far. The technique Dr. Wassef uses seems to smaller scar and less muscle cutting than other techniques An outstanding performance from beginning to end.

Dr Wassef is an incredibly skilled surgeon who treats his patients like good friends. In less than 5 weeks after my hip replacement, I was back on the dance floor. My physical therapist was so impressed with my recovery that he released me after 12 sessions of therapy. If you’re considering hip, knee, or shoulder surgery, definitely get an opinion from Dr Wassef.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Wassef. I needed a difficult and complicated hip replacement. Seven weeks after my surgery I was able to go to Europe for the birth of a new grandson. No walker. No cane. I am grateful for Dr. Wassef and the great staff at his office. Props to Lakewood Regional Medical Center too.

Upon making an appointment I was diagnosed over the by operator. Complications from birth bad orthotics for 22 years has misaligned my knee and ankle complicated outside knee bones locking grinding with excruciating pain. I asked where do I go. Operator said I don’t know.

I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment - While I could hear Dr Wassef in the hallway talking and laughing. I then went out advised the doctor I had another appointment to make and was running short of time. Seeing we were African American he immediately goes into an unprofessional mode — speaking to me as if I was his homeboy. Following the appointment his staff was to obtain approval and order the medication for a shot for my knee within two weeks. After a month no one from the office contacted me. I began phoning Liz in medical authorizations leaving several messages over a month and she never returned a single phone call. I then spoke with the receptionist Jackie and explained the issue with Liz and requested the office manager - Jackie again transferred me to Liz. I could go on and on but in summary his staff members are unprofessional, dimwitted and vindictive as they have now stopped answering my calls. I suggest you take your business elsewhere to avoid wasting your time and save yourself the frustration. If it were possible to give less than one star I would do so.

They placed me on hold for 30min to tell me they had No same day appointments!! REALLY?? They need to get better organized and stop wasting time!!
