The office staff was very efficient and very courteous the nurse that helped me was also very pleasant. They answered all of my questions. The doctor was easy to talk to and answered the questions beyond my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them for care . Being a physician myself I do not often rate doctors very highly but this doctor was great.

I was a patient of Dr Bhalla's recently for low back pain. Everything about the experience was top-notch, five star. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. The office space itself is state of the art, very clean and nice, and Dr Bhalla is exceptional. His compassion and care for his patients is very evident, he is very kind and explained the nature and treatment options for my issue very clearly. I could not recommend Dr Bhalla enough - you will be in great hands!!

Excellent doctor who really cares for the patients. The receptionist always greets you and is very helpful. The Xray tech knows what he is doing. All of these people working together get the job of taking care of you on time and I’m really impressed.

UPDATE 2 (1/30/25) : Same first-class service at the new location UPDATE: Great care continues! My case was complicated and Dr. Bhalla brought in another specialist to ensure a successful outcome. He spent time with me and my wife discussing options. Dr. Bhalla's staff is also very competent and responsive. A class operation. Great Doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Bhalla.

I have worked in healthcare most of my career and Dr Bhalla in my opinion is the best of the best. A few years ago I needed back surgery and I got to the point that I could barely walk or do much of anything. I went to three spine surgeons for opinions and I left two of the offices amazed at the suggested treatment plans. One surgeon said I needed anterior and posterior lumbar fusion, the second wanted to send me on the epidural merry go round with a pain pump. Thank goodness for Dr Bhalla- he was spot on with the most appropriate yet minimally invasive surgery. I was thrilled that they had a robot assisted protocal and the added gift of having Dr. S Bhalla ( father) assisting Dr. A Bhalla ( son). I was in and out of Long Beach Memorial quickly, and from the time I woke up from surgery had no pain, no complications had no trouble with rehab - although the surgery was so successful my recovery was fast. Years later- still no pain, great range of motion, ability to weight train with no issues etc. I am still amazed at the outcome - in addition Dr. A and S are extremly compassionate and caring. I wonder if the added positive vibes help with recovery ? Also- I have had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Dr Bhalla and she is one of the top Dermatologist in the area and is very caring and compasionate. Anyone would be lucky to have them as their physicians. PS I am " hard grader" as I evaluate healthcare professionals for a living- best of the best!

Dr Bhalla is an amazing doctor whom I trust & appreciate. His office & assistants handle everything professionally & are very nice. Over the years I have seen other specialists in this office. All are excellent surgeons. I would highly recommend this facility. One detriment is the parking charge of $5.00. Unnecessary charge.

Dr Bhalla spent time explaining my spine issues. He reviewed my MRI and made a referral to another orthopedist regarding knee problem. I felt that Dr. Bhalla gave me individual treatment and did not push any invasive treatment. His kindness and care of patients is obvious.

Always a pleasant visit. The moment you enter the office door you are greeted by the staff. Then you meet with Dr Bhalla, who just happens to be the most pleasant doctor I have encountered. He always has your best interest and wants you to be healthy. Once you have met with him and are leaving, you encounter Roni who always stops you and gives you a 🤗. They are the BEST. I pray they always accept my insurance because I don’t want to go anywhere else. Kudos to this practice…
