This was a first visit. I brought along disks, as requested, of a previous MRI and CT scan. I was also x-rated during my visit. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Bhalla asked directed questions and put me through movements to diagnose my issues. He also was very kind and polite.

He and his staff are wonderful! Lovely office, charming'well-educated staff, Dr.bhalla is a brilliant surgeon and a wonderful guy. Very unusual combination! None of the typical arrogance. Has his own x-ray machine in his office, refers out for more sophisticated needs, isn't afraid to ask for consultations, shows you your x-rays and explains everything. What else could I ask for?!

My first appointment with Dr. Bhalla - there is plenty of free parking in the lot surrounding the building where his office is located and also on 36th street; the waiting area and patient rooms are very clean and nicely decorated with firm comfortable seating; office staff greeted me promptly in a friendly manor; the X-ray tech was calm, gentle and compassionate; Dr. Bhalla greeted me in a warm welcoming manor, he was compassionate, did not rush me, asked many questions and let me ask questions. All doctors should replicate Dr. Bhalla and his team. The only one slight draw back was the amount of time I waited to see the Dr. however he did apologize first thing when he entered the patient room.

Dr Bhalla is great. I use to see his dad and now I'm seeing the son. I would not trust anyone else to do my surgeries. I feel that unlike other Dr's who do surgery just to do it......Dr Bhalla will only do it if it's absolutely is necessary. And he won't do more than what is needed. The staff are fantastic also, very caring.
